Bilingual ISP website with a custom CMS, instant on-demand ISR, connection-request pipeline and a public config API that drives the SP NET Android app

SP NET is a fibre broadband provider in Chattogram, Bangladesh. I designed and built its complete digital platform: a bilingual (English and Bangla) marketing website, a custom admin CMS, and the public API that powers the SP NET Android app. Every piece of text, price, package, coverage area and streaming server is editable from the admin panel, with English and Bangla side by side, drag-to-reorder lists and validation that runs in the browser and again on the server. Public pages are statically generated with a 7-day ISR cycle; a save regenerates every page in the background, so visitors see changes within seconds while pages still load straight from cache. The admin panel includes role-based accounts (super admin and staff), PBKDF2 password hashing with instant session revocation, a connection-request inbox with status tracking and browser push notifications, and a dashboard with weekly request stats. The site runs on the client's cPanel hosting as a standalone Node.js build, with Neon Postgres in Singapore for low latency from Bangladesh, and a lightweight companion site (media.spnetbd.com) that lists the streaming servers for PC users.
Modelled every page section as a typed CMS schema stored as JSON overrides in Postgres, merged over bundled defaults so the site never shows empty content, with ISR caching and on-demand revalidation for speed.
Built the bilingual website, the admin panel and the app config API, then deployed to the client's cPanel hosting with a standalone build, a keep-alive job and a database move to Singapore.
