Native Kotlin companion app for an ISP — streaming servers, self care and help line on phones and Android TV, updated live from the website CMS

The SP NET app is the official Android companion for SP NET broadband customers, built natively in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose for phones, tablets and Android TV. It gathers the ISP's movie and live TV streaming servers into one categorised list, opens Self Care and bill payment, and calls the help line in one tap. The server list, links and help line come from the website's admin panel through a public config API, cached on the device with a fallback server, so new servers appear with a pull-to-refresh and no app update. On Android TV every screen is fully usable with the remote's D-pad, and links show a QR code to open on a phone. The in-app browser is locked to each server's own site, supports BDIX local-network servers over HTTP, retries gateway errors, and corrects TLS failures on TV boxes with a wrong clock. It targets Android 16 (API 36) with a 16 KB page-size-ready build, runs from Android 7.0, and ships as a signed APK through GitHub releases and the ISP's website, with 53 unit tests covering its core logic.
Designed one interface that works with touch on phones and with a remote on TVs, with a clear home screen for streaming, self care and support, in the SP NET brand.
Built the Compose UI, the config repository with caching and fallback, the locked WebView with navigation policy and gateway retry, and a tested, signed release pipeline.
